The team working on site were great people. They arrived early each day and were on the tools within 5 minutes. They were courteous, diligent and kept the property in as tidy state as possible given the large scale of earthworks being undertaken.
Their build quality is high, and they were intelligent and sympathetic when working in with other existing structures such as a pre-existing deck.
John's communication was timely, crisp and clear. If any uncertainty existed, they put the customer first and adjusted the work to meet the customer's definition of "done". (and did so willingly).
John's initial quote structure was comprehensive and the few variations were discussed up front and agreed. He was transparent with the overs & unders so I knew and agreed why things were changing. In the end the price came in at ~4% over the initial quote and I am extremely happy with that. Since the job I have enthusiastically recommended ALS twice now. There is no doubt that I will be using ALS again.
